Having adopted the Insights behavioural tool as our preferred choice for understanding behaviour, I engaged the services of Paul Lloyd and True Colours to assist in the development and delivery of a programme that in the end encompassed over 1000 users in over 15 countries.

I attended a week-long public course on Leadership that Paul facilitated in Jan 09. I went into the course on Monday morning quite sceptical, expecting the usual pop psychology that I'd typically been subjected to.
