What was it?
An introduction to Leadership for the middle management population across the UK business. Overall aim was to raise self-awareness, understand the impact our preferred style may have on others and to experiment with applying a range of different leadership styles situationally.
What did we do?
We designed a highly experiential programme combining relevant theory and self-assessment with practical outdoor activities and experiential learning.
The two-day workshop was delivered to approximately 250 managers over a two-year programme.
