What was it?

Global Supply Chain - Initially requested to help support an annual supply chain conference in terms of facilitation and group exercises, we designed a series of bespoke group sessions and interactive exercises.

 

The project extended into working very closely with the Global Customer Service team to support them with significant organisational change.

 

What did we do?

We consulted closely with the head of Customer Services to truly understand and articulate the teams vision and challenges.

 

12 months on, a combination of consultation, 1:1 Coaching, Facilitated team workshops and the use of several analytical tools such as team performance analysis and 360 degree feedback has delivered improved interpersonal relationships and address external perceptions of the team.
