Many of our clients have been through our team development programmes and often they come back to us saying “we want more”. But not just more of the same, they want something different, something challenging, something that stretches the team beyond the day to day. They’re looking for out of the box, social responsible exciting experiences that move people away from their comfort zone. They want extreme team solutions. We call it X-Team!
These are innovative outdoor business scenarios, based on the infrastructure we have built up over the years. The X-Team solutions are a bit more challenging than the normal team events we run and they are accessible to our more adventurous clients. X-Team challenges offer an opportunity to pitch your team against another team or organisation, or can be offered as stand alone tailored activities. They’re always linked to your business priorities and we offer an opportunity to support your organisations Corporate Social Responsibility plans and to raise money for your nominated charities or support your local communities. We can organise, facilitate and support your teams through these events. All our events meet stringent health and safety and risk assessment needs. This may mean we may have to ask for health checks to be cleared by a health professional. Which might mean some of you people might not be eligible to attend an X-Team event. In these exceptional cases we will work with you and your team to design an suitable event so all team members can participate.
